As a licensed marriage and family therapist trained in EMDR, I help individuals re-establish healthy connections with themselves and others.
Psychotherapy allows me to work with individuals on a wide range of issues, from healing past traumas to building more authentic and genuine relationships in the workplace. Above all, I approach each of my working relationships with trust, authenticity and quality, bringing a deep value and care for the patient experience. I believe that change is made through relationships that are trusting, caring and safe, and strive to develop that foundation with each of my clients.
Over the years, I’ve developed specialties within my practice: EMDR, Trauma and Medical Illness.
Within these practice areas, my goal is to help clients find meaningful, healthy and positive connection, often healing what was broken or developing something new. Below are some of the feelings, problems and goals that I’ve helped clients work through:
Personal Changes and Thought Patterns

“I can’t get along with my coworkers”
